MAVIS Pro AV Services is an internal team portal. When you sign up or are invited, we store your name, work email address, role/title, and the password you use to sign in (stored securely, never in plain text). If you use portal features, we also store the records you create — assignments, work logs, incidents, supply requests, equipment check-in/out history, and any photos or documents you upload as part of your work.
Your information is used only to operate the portal: scheduling and assigning work, notifying you by email or in-app notification about assignments and updates, tracking equipment and supplies, and managing team permissions. We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Guests and departments submitting AV quote or property requests through the public forms provide their name, department, contact details, and event information. This information is used solely to review, quote, and fulfill the requested services, and is visible only to authorized AV team members.
Access to the portal is restricted to invited team members with individual credentials. Administrative functions are limited to supervisors and admins, and sensitive actions are logged. Uploaded documents and photos are stored privately and only accessible to authorized users.
Work records (assignments, logs, incidents, finance records) are retained for as long as needed for operations and record-keeping. Archived records may be retained in the portal's archive. If you leave the team, ask a supervisor about your account status and record history.
You can update your notification preferences and password from within the portal. For anything else about your data — corrections, questions, or account removal — contact your supervisor or the AV office.
